The amplitude and vibration frequency of small and medium-sized Rice milling machine include the following meanings: amplitude refers to the amplitude of the vibration of the screen body, the vibration frequency is a working parameter that indicates the speed of the vibration of the screen body, the amplitude is larger, the frequency is higher, the material moves faster on the screen surface, and the automatic classification effect is stronger. It is beneficial to increase the separation efficiency and equipment output. However, the amplitude is too large, the frequency is too high, the vibration of the working surface is severe, the material is easy to beat, and the automatic classification of the material is destroyed. Thus, the separation efficiency is reduced. On the contrary, the material moves slowly on the screen surface and the material layer thickens, which is not conducive to the automatic classification of the material. It not only affects the separation efficiency, but also affects the output of grain processing equipment. The amplitude of grain processing equipment is generally about 3.5-5mm. The frequency of vibration motor drive is generally not adjusted, and the frequency of eccentric rotation is positively correlated with its speed.

In order to accurately locate the amplitude and vibration frequency in the mechanical processing of the rice mill, the processing values should be confirmed by relatively professional mechanical identification methods.

For example, specific values can be confirmed by sensory identification of the tissue status of maize. The specific practice is as follows: the corn sample is sprinkled on a thin layer of black paper, carefully observe whether there is mold, caking, insects and impurities, and then twist with the hand to test the hand feeling. Good quality corn - fine powder, no impurities, fingers twisting without coarse grain, no worms and clumps, placed in the hand after tight pinch release not into a group.

Secondary corn - coarse grain feeling when pinch, insects or impurities.

Poor quality corn - corn mildew after moisture absorption, clumping or hand kneading.
