MSC(F) Pulse Jet Dust Collector

Description

The MC(F) High Pressure Pulse Cloth Bag Filter composed of upper, middle and lower boxes. The upper box body is also known as the spray box. Several spray pipes are installed inside. Each spray pipe is equipped with six nozzles, which are located directly above the venturi pipe on each cloth bag. Inside the box is the purified air filtered by the filter bag, which is discharged into the atmosphere through the air outlet and takes away a large number of hot and humid gases and tiny dust particles. The middle box is also called the dust filter box, which contains several filter bags. When the dust air enters the central box of the filter, due to the sudden expansion of the volume, the wind speed drops down, causing a part of the heavy dust to fall into the lower box used for dust collection, and it is discharged through the Screw Conveyor and the closure windpipe. The rest of the dust due to the filtering effect of the filter bag, adheres to the outer wall of the filter bag, and the clean air passes through the thin hole of the filter bag, and the LTS escape into the upper box and discharge into the atmosphere.
