DCS Bag Packing Scale

Description

DCS series bagging packing scales (auto packing machine) combine automatic electronic quantitative weighing with packaging in one machine. The machine can also combine with conveyor, bag-sewing machine or sealing machine, forming automatic quantitative, bagging, sewing or sealing packing line for various materials.

Features

This machine is a good for weighing & packing corn, wheat, rice, and soybean, etc., and has the following features:

1.It consists of feeder, instruments automatic electronic weighing, filling device, pneumatic control device, sensors conveyor equipped with sealing machine or sewing machine.

2.Micro-computer, capable to execute high-speed sampling process, empowered with programmable logic control (PLC) is able to meet different packaging requirements.

3.Equipped with advanced feeding system making accurate and high-speed automatic weighing possible.

4.Feeder.

This machine is equipped with 2 kinds of feeder-curved door feeder, and electromagnetic vibratory feeder. The curved door feeder controls the opening of the door by the air cylinder, to obtain fast or slow feeding, while the electromagnetic vibratory feeder ensures accuracy for small package.

5.Weighing filling bucket.

There are two ways of weighing-weighing with bag, weighing without bag.
